Hello Belasram.
Since you got 38 percentile in JEE main soo it is difficult for you get into any NIT.
Irrespective of that you should try for WBJEE and other state level engineering exam form there you can get a good college.

Hey Belasram ,

Your percentile is very low to get your seat in any reputed private college or government engineering college. No matter from which category you belongs to but this percentile are very low to get you any NITs or IITs too.
