i got 95.96 percentile in jee main 2019,can i get admission in any top nit with cs

No of students attended are 874469.
So your expected rank will be nearly around 35,329.
As per previous year jee mains, any rank below 2,00,000 will be qualified for jee advanced.
So according to expected rank of yours, you are eligible for jee advanced.
You may not get cs branch in top NITs and you will get some NIT, for clear idea on which nits you get check josaa website for last year opening and closing ranks.
