If your query is regarding EAMCET then there is no qualifying marks for SC/ST category. Candidates with non-zero positive scores are eligible to participate in EAMCET counselling. There is qualifying mark for general category candidates and it is 40 marks out of 160 marks. So yes, you are qualified and can participate in the counselling.
