As you’ve scored only 38 in TS eamcet, it means that you are not qualified in TS eamcet. 40 marks are minimum that you require to qualify. It means 25% of marks required in TS eamcet out of 160. Basically, You have few choices to go with, If there are any left over seats in any college even after second counselling then you can get free seat,You can also go through management quota.You can wait for one more year study well retake the ts eamcet coaching and write TS eamcet again to Score a good rank Or else You can choose other than engineering stream such as BBA, BBM,Bsc,Game Technology, Fashion desigining, Interior designing, VFX, etc
