See 385 is a less score especially for this year when marks and ranks have gone too high. So clearly this score will fall short for a good government college. 

There is a chance for you to get a private seat. Wait for the state counselling and see if there is any chance. Well most of the private colleges give you admission on the basis whether you qualified the neet exam or not. And some might take your ranking also in consideration. Go for the counselling and see if there is any of your desired college. Hope for the best.
