The TS Eamcet rank is very important to predict the colleges in which you might get a seat. As you have neither mentioned your rank nor the PCM aggregate in your 12th class examination, we can't predict the chances of you getting a seat in those colleges.
The previous year closing ranks for Computer Science and Engineering are as follows:

Muffakham Jha College of Engineering-around 20,000
Deccan College of Engineering and Technology-around 40,000
