Sir I got 460 marks in neet 2019 and I am from sc category with Delhi quota is there a chance of getting a government mbbs college?

Here is a list of various medical colleges in Delhi and their respective cut offs for admission under the State quota for the SC category in 2018. Hence you seem to have a fair chance. But also keep in mimd that cut offs change each year and this year it's expected to be higher.
