Hope you are doing well.

AP EAMCET rank will depends on two factors i.e., IPE marks + AP EAMCET marks. As you mentioned your AP EAMCET marks but not IPE marks, so it is impossible to predict your rank.

According to the analysis of marks vs rank 2019 cutoff rank will be

39-30 marks - rank range will be 1,50,001
49-40 - (50,001 - 1,50,000)
59-50 - (15,001 - 50,000)
69-60 - (5,001 - 15,000)
79-70 - (1,001 - 5,000)
89-80 - (101 - 1,000)
99-90 - (1 - 100)
