Hey, Sanjeeda!

With a score of 463 in NEET, you can't get a seat in any of the medical colleges. For more information regarding the previous years cut off trends and the colleges you might get with your rank, you are advised to visit the following links:

Hey
Witg 463 marks in neet and belonging to obc category
I think you might get govt medical college through state quota. It depends on what is your domicile state. Different states have different cut off. States like rajasthan and kerala usually  have high cut off. All india quota cut off are generally high than state quota cut off. We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.
Here is a link which can predict college on the basis of neet score. I hope this might help you

Hello student
You have not mentioned which state you belong to. With a score of 463 in obc category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. But, it largely depends on your state. For example, With this score, you have chances of procuring a seat in the colleges of Karnataka while it is not so in the case of states like Rajasthan for which the scores are extremely high even in private colleges. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate the chances of selection in your respective state
