Yes you can get a seat in private medical college at this marks. Although the college you will get will depend on the rank you get and the cut off decided by college at the time of counseling.

As per last year data, you can get a A-cat seat in few private medical colleges in telangana. But the cut off changes every year. This year it is expected to go little higher. But do not worry, you still have chance to get a seat by the end of phase 3.
