Considering your marks, rank and quota(OBC)in NEET, yes you can get admission for MBBS into government medical College in jharkhand.There's a chance and you have to wait till last round of seat allowtments.

By going
through the above informations,you have slight chances through All India Quota
but you can surely grab mbbs seat through
85% state quota.
