The seats available in Maharashtra for 85% state quota are further divided into 70% regional quota and 30% state quota. The regional quota is for those belonging to Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest of Maharashtra (RoM) region. Now the cut off marks for GMC, Mumbai in 2018 was:

• Under 70% regional quota- 544 for UR candidates, 503 for OBC candidate
• Under 30% state quota- 603 for UR Candidate, 567 for OBC candidate.
