You have not mentioned your home state. But, With a category rank of around 1,300 it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the NIT's or IIIT's when comparing the results of previous years. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas.
