Congratulations,  for such a great rank. You will surely get a seat under state as well as AI counselling. Just go for state counselling first at it has 85 per cent seats reserved for students with state domicile. And also be careful in the second round of AI counselling because once you get a seat in that round, you won't be allowed to resign to get a better seat under state quota.
