If you are not expecting any good branch then you might get but through reservation no chance.As no reservation for outsiders.So you have chances.

but rcc insittitue of technology show me , electronic and electrical branch , and what is the rank of this College

oh yes RCCIIT is also a top private/goverment owned college and it is too a good college.Most famous branch of this college is IT and it is owned by goverment as well as private company.(public private partnership) You cam get admission there too.

but it's fee are very highly actually I m confused it is government or not because there fees approx 3.5 lakh and we know that government college had only 6000 per sem
