Based upon general rank of 66000 it will be not possible for you to get NIT Andhra pradesh.Now your OBC rank is also not that good for colleges to get admssion by home quota and state qouta reservations.Most engineering branches for OBC home quota have closing ranks of 10000.Yoy may try for other private and government colleges.Also try out for management quota if provided.

I am sorry to say but with 17000 rank in OBC Category, you won't be able to get a seat in any of the NITs, forget about the CSE.
The closing rank for CSE at NIT Andhra Pradesh, for the last round, is 5700.
SO, you won't be able to make it.

It's difficult to get Computer Science in NIT Andra Pradesh. But still you can give a try as the cutoff varies every year. There are some NITs that do give admission to Students under CSE with this rank like NIT Sikkim , NIT Puducherry, etc. You can use our websites college predictor to have a better look.

Congratulations,your category rank will surely help you.But the rank that you have got is a little lesser to aim for really good IIITs and GFTIs . I genuinely see the efforts you would have put in making your dreams fulfilled and now you must be really tensed.. Its okay.
