You may get UICET ; PUNJAB UNIVERSITY in spot round according to previous year cut offs .( But not confirm). And only food technology is possible with this rank .

You need to be secure rank under 60-80 thousand for chemical ( in regular round)

And in spot round ; rank will goes within any limit because it will depend upon the number of seats left and students who apply for it.
