Regardless of the rank you got in JEE Main, if you have scored above 100 marks in the mains as well as more than 70% in the boards exam, then you can easily get CS branch in SKIT. If you will be late most probably you will get the IT branch which is more or less same.

If you are thinking about other branches then comparitavely it would be somehow lower as CS has the highest demand and so the cutoff.
