To get admission in BTech program one needs to have a rank less than 50k so with your rank it will be very hard for you to get into this institution. As the last year closing rank for ECE branch was 37104 so you will not be able to get ECE in this college. Admission depends on various factors such as category, home state quota, branch, number of students applied, number of seats, difficulty level of examination, etc.

You can also go for some other colleges.
