Well, It much depends on your PU marks.
If it is 9799 in PCM, and if you will score abovev 160 in CET then you can easily get a seat in the first round.

KCET counselling procedure has 4 choices after each round of seat allottment. If you want to retain the seat and still want to sit in further rounds of the counselling for any improvement in the allotment, you should choose Option 2 which is basically float. Option one is

The college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment's. The classrooms are well maintained. The classrooms are well ventilated and has smart boards. The college has Wi-Fi facilities and the libraries and laboratories are also well maintained.
