As per the details mentioned above, as you have got 70.62 percentile in neet 19, so for getting a seat in mbbs/bds specially in Karnataka, its its really diffcult  as cut off remains high and its better to have 90 percentilr near about to be on a safe side. 

Though you are from obc, you have 27% reservation, so yoi can apply for counseling but getting seat will depend on cut off and no of seats in Karnataka which college you want. 

Getting govt seat will be tough but you can try for private only if you can afford the fees.
