7523 is a good rank in KLEEE and you can easily get chance in KL University. Now, for getting CSE, it depends on the cut-off rank which changes every year, with change in difficulty of paper, and no.of candidates appearing for the exam. With this rank you can easily get EE, Civil and even ECE. There's a fair chance that you can get CSE too.
