At G Pulla Reddy Engineering College, the cutoff is in 4-5 digits i.e. with in 20k.

if your rank is below 20k then you can apply for counselling but for JEE main low number of seats are reserved as the major entrance considered is EAMCET.

Anyway give a try along with that give other options where you can get an admission.

as your percentile is 78 then your rank may be in 5-6 digits and your categorical rank in 4-5 digits.

so also apply for private college where you can get an admission for sure.
