On the basis of your percentile, you will not be eligible for admissions through the JoSAA Counselling. If you want colleges through the JoSAA Counselling, then I suggest that you sit for the second attempt to improve your score.

However, you can apply for colleges through state and university counsellings. For example, if you want colleges in south, then you could apply for the Maharashtra counselling, and open up your chances in many colleges such as Fr C Rodrigues Institute of Technology, Navi Mumbai, Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai, Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune, etc.
