With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 5600-6800. If you fall in OBC category then even with a state domicile you may not be able to get into CNLU Patna. In fact chances of getting an NLU is a little bleak. 

But you should try for some colleges under IPU like

• Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology 
• Chander Prabhu Jain college of higher studies
