With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 5600-6800. If you fall in OBC category then even with a state domicile you may not be able to get into CNLU Patna. In fact chances of getting an NLU is a little bleak.

But you should try for some colleges under IPU like

Ideal Institute of Management and Technology
JIMS Engineering Management Technical campus, school of Law
Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology
Chander Prabhu Jain college of higher studies
