I have got 110 marks in CLAT 2019 with EBC category of Bihar. Can i expect my admission in CNLU?

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 800-1500 and if you fall in OBC category and you have the state domicile of Bihar then absolutely you can get CNLU, Patna. But you can also try for all the other NLUs except Bangalore because that may be a little difficult to get.
