Hello, you have not mentioned your rank so it's difficult to predict a exact rank. But looking at the  last years cutoff it is very diffult to get a Nit but as you are from Ews category may be it would help you. Cutoff changes every year.
Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling and your chances of some north eastern Nit like Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram may be there with branches like civil engineering and Mechanical Engineering. You have to wait till spot round of counseling. Refer to the link you will get help in selecting colleges according to your rank
