You are eligible to get a seat in NIT
But, there wil be less chances to get the branches like CSE, ECE, EEE, etc.,
Also, it may be not possible to get NIT of your choice, you should go with what you get.
It will be more clear if you mention your state of domicile.
You may have more chances under your home state quota
All the answer does not depend on home state quota.

This is infact a good rank. You will surely get a seat in good NITs. as you are an SC  there is an added advantage as the cut-off marks is lower. thus you will get a seat in NIT. I will personally suggest you to work for jee advanced as your rank is good.
