Hii Avula,

Your percentile is good.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting admission to NIT Warangal.And you have the advantage of SC category.You can give JEE manis phase 2 so that you can improve your score .You can also apply for other NITs such as NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal,etc

I'm sorry to say that,your all over rank is below the rank which requires to get admission in nits or iits. But You may have a chance for state engineering colleges, you can go for that.
