With 87 percentile in JEE Mains, your rank would be more than 180000 in the common rank list. Also, as you are from SC category, your SC category rank would be around 7500 to 9000. With this rank, you won't be able to get a seat in any of the top NIts, IIITs and GFTIs. You might get non core branches in the newer NITs like NIT Arunachal, NIT Mizoram, in the CSAB spot round. So please apply for the JEE Mains JOSAA counseling and CSAB spot round.

Also, as the JEE Mains second session will be conducted on September 1 to 6, 2020 due to the current pandemic, you have plenty of time to increase your score.
