Yes, perhaps you will get a seat with the rank which you have secured. You will be easily admitted into the college that too in CSE/ECE branch with that rank. It also depends on the campus and competition for that branch. As there are no. of seats in CSE has been increased, you may get a seat in CSE even if you wish. You will definitely get ECE though.
