95 is a decent percentile for GFTIs and other tier-3 colleges accepting MAINS rank , though it is not good enough to get seat in goodNITbut considering your category and home state quota, you have some chances. The point is no one can evaluate your chance until the final rank is not declared infact until the final examination is not conducted.
Second round is yet to come and the best will be counted. If you really desire to get seat in good NIT then this much is sufficient  you will have to increase in the next round

Yes there are very good chance of getting the admission.as you got good percentile and belonging to OBC category u may be selected.

Consider checking the course list and the fee structure of the college.

You can get NIT except computer. NIT of Assam is good or of other. Moreover you should check the list of different colleges (NIT's) which comes under JEE counselling. Then compare your rank with previous year cutoff for different colleges. And chances are high if you have any reserved quota like SC St. But your marks can definitely get you a branch in lower NIT.
