See, based upon your percentile your chances of getting the NITs is good but here the main thing is that you want to take the CSE department for that your rank is somewhat lagging but as you said you are from the OBC category and based upon the Girls quota as well you can avail the chances of taking the CSE at NIT Rourkela, Jaipur, Nagpur, Sikkim, Agartala etc. So just hope for the best during the Counselling commence.
