You have got a decent rank in JEE Mains 2019. Which rank of 9585 you can get a seat in some of the top colleges. Since we have not mentioned the branch you would like to have a seat in, I am assuming that you wish to have CSE branch.

You have fair chances in National Institute of Technology, Sikkim. While depending on the branch you may have chances in other NITs.

While if you want a seat in IIITs, you have their chances in almost all of them as you belong to a reserved category. You can get a seat in: Indian Institute of Information Technology, Jhalwa, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh; Indian Institute of Information Technology Lucknow; Indian Institute of Information Technology Srirangam, Tiruchirappalli.
