According To your percentile Your rank would be around 30,000. So your rank is good .But should prepare for JEE mains right now Because You are not going to get Good NITs on this rank. You will be able to get lower ranked NITs on this rank. So prepare for JEE mains .Once your rank will be with in 25k. You will have safe side Then your confidence will boost and finally You will land into IIT. So go step by step Don't try to jump.

Now concentrate on JEE MAINS exam only.  you have an option April exam but try to get good marks because as if now they are not filtered students according to percentage and category

As you mentioned that you are general category student so you have to get more than 80% or above  because category play key roles while shortlisting so 80 is purely safe side for CS 

And you mentioned one more thing , you are a dropper .i am not getting exactly about it, i think you are a long term student.
