as per your percentile your jee main  rank would be arund 32000. at this rank you are qualified for jee advanced and can get a decent nit . no its not compulsory for you to give the april jee main as you are already qualified for advanced but as iit's are generally preffered over nit's i would to advise you to prepare well for jee advanced.

According to your Percentile and our prediction your general rank would be around 23000-24000.The official result will be announced by NTA after April mains.You didn't mention your category.I consider you as a general category candidate.You may get good nit.In Nit Trichy,Wrangal Surathkal,Calicut there is low chance to get admission in core branch through general category.You may get admission in other NIt, Allahabad,Raipur, Durgapur, Rourkela,Bhopal, Jaipur  etc.It is not mandatory to give the mains in April.The best performance will be considered out of two.
