According to your rank and previous year cut off statistics, you still have a chance of getting AIIMS Bhubhaneshwar,Jodhpur and Raipur. The closing rank for AIIMS Bhopal was close to 6800 last year, but that doesn't assure you a seat there as the statistics might change this year. So you can surely apply for 2nd round counselling and wait for the results.
