Well you are saying that yu have got 3217 rank in ojee in 2019 and you want to join i guess mtech course in any university or college. 

Well after seeing previous year closing rank and comparing it with yours  , i can say that there are few colleges with few specialization in which you are having a possibility to get a seat. And regarding sc category , see it is pretty hard to say by seeing our genral rank.
