the qualification criteria for Neet is laid down as a minimum of 50% in each of physics, chemistry and biology in your class 12 board examinations for unreserved category students and 40% in each for reserved category students
since you say that you belong to SC category so you should be able to sit for the examination since you have scored more than 40% in India physics, chemistry and biology in your class 12 board examinations
also you should be qualifying for the criteria that you must have reached a minimum of 17 years and a maximum of 30 years by the 31st December 2019 to be eligible for the 2019 edition of the Neet examination
