Last year closing rank for ST candidates in JOSAA counseling was 385. So at a rank of 1103, I don't think you would be able to make it in any NIT until and unless your home NIT is some lower ranked NIT. You can also try in state engineering colleges and also prepare for other engineering entrances so that you can get admission somewhere else
