sir I had an obc certificate (kalwar) issued by gov of NCT in Delhi but my caste is not in Delhi obc list.will my certificate is considered?

No bro, no Delhi college is accepting Kalwar caste as OBC in Delhi as it doesn't come up to Delhi state govt. OBC list.

I'm from Kalwar caste myself and have tried everything but nothing helps for me. If you could somehow get your Kalwar caste changed to Jaiswal caste than you will get OBC reservation in Delhi.

Sir same case with me also please tell will it valid for Delhi state or not as it is made by govt.of. Nct of Delhi

certificate is issued by Delhi gov. both Central and state.
my caste is mentioned in central list of obc for Delhi.

There are two cases:

Outside Delhi OBC Quota- For this you require OBC certificate issued by central government.

Delhi OBC Quota- For this you require OBC certificate issued by state government i.e. by Delhi government.

*Central government issued OBC certificate is not accepted in case you are applying for Delhi Quota as well.
