I have an obc caste certificate issued by haryana govt and the caste is also in central list is it will be valid in delhi regions colleges??

Caste certificate are give in home state only so you have caste certificate of obc it will valid in all the state and central college or school.For obc category are fixed By central government .Cast certificate are valid for 6th month to 3 year.
