Dear Shruti,
If you are going to start now for NEET 2020, then it's really good. See, firstly as you are thinking about dropping this year the maintaining your time should be ypyo priority. Make an effective schedule which you can execute daily. Make weekly goals for yourself , such as completing one chapter from each subject. One thing you should make habit of is solving questions every day. Solve 50 from physics and chemistry and 100 from bio. It will show you the pattern of questions. Do mock test papers with time frame. Make small notes and formula charts and paste it on your study table. When you learn something, go into another room and repeat what you learnt as if you are teaching someone, this is one of the best way to revise. NCERT should be your priority.
All the best
Regards
