You are elligible for JEE ADVANCE under OBC QUOTA.But your rank is too low for NITs or IIITs.Rank should be at least 13k rank under OBC QUOTA to secure seats in IIIT KOTTAYAM.With this rank under OBC quota chance of getting NITs or IIITs is very less.
