see I understand you are currently have a great dilemma, however mncs like tcs, cts, wipro has 2-3  years gap allowed in Career. so in that case you may not eligible to apply for this companies. however the placement and career opportunities is not limited to that particular companies only. you may apply for start up companies like   zomato, paytm, uber which also pays good salary up to the market standard.

however you would asked questions about what you have done in this years, you have to defend and make a reasonable answer for it. you must have studied well and learn latest technology to increase your chances for selection process.
