See u are aware of the eleigibilel criteria for the entrance exam that u must be having minimum aggregate of 75 %. 

Since u have given an improvement paper and got above the qualifying marks u should be making the authority aware about that marks. See contact the concerned authority for ur correction or it may create a damage to ur application and u might not be able to choose the college.

So ping them as soon as u can do. Ask for any other help if required.
