As per your requirement, i would say that as you have applied for bsc courses in cmc vellore and you have wrongly typed your email id, you can definitely get your application no. Back as when you will login, you have to click the forgot option, and then they will sent the otp in your registered mobile no. Then you can enter otp and edit your id. 

Then you need to login freshly and hopefully you can check your profile and get your application no. And other details back.
