If you have received your hall ticket then please go and write the examination don't worry about the other facts. Yes you must have seen the email and uploaded your thumb impression during the correction window. But when you received your hall ticket then it is better advised to go and apply for exam. If during exam bio metric there is no problem then there will not be much problem later.
