I recieved a mail regarding my thumb impression NOT within the nbe guidelines, i dont know what went wrong and what should i do to improvise it? is it because i pressed my thumb too hard that the lines got smudged?

Kindly check the format of the scanned signature photo. Only jpg/jpeg/png/gif format are accepted. The size of the photo must in between 10-50kb try adjusting the size of the signature photo. Resize the scanned signature photo. If the file size is too large try compressing it. You can resize the signature image by using paint in your desktop or laptop.
