Since you have done diploma in Industrial Safety then you can and rather should do ME in Safety as it will be a great launcher for your career

For doing M.E you have to have a UG degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E).

Also the college will eccept seat on the basis of entrance exam for which you should be an Engineering graduate.
